Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access the m2cuci platform and its services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, reload offer, or other incentive granted to a Player subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of real money funds by a Player into their m2cuci Account via any supported payment method, including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification and proof of payment method documentation required by the Operator.
• "Platform" means the m2cuci website, any associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and all services accessible therein.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is illegal or restricted under applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum turnover condition that must be met before a Bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's Account Balance to a verified payment method registered to that Player.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on m2cuci, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, with m2cuci or any affiliated platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a professional gambling agent.
• You have not previously had an account terminated or suspended by m2cuci for breach of these Terms.
• You are opening the Account for your own personal entertainment and are not acting under the instruction of a third party.

m2cuci reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such a decision.

Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

To access the full range of m2cuci services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. Information typically required includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, a valid email address, and a Malaysian mobile phone number.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on m2cuci. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended, and any balances, including winnings, may be forfeited pending a full investigation.

4.3 KYC Verification

m2cuci operates a mandatory KYC programme in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit any or all of the following documents:

• A valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a bank statement or screenshot confirming account name and number.
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable internal thresholds.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by m2cuci may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. m2cuci will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login information. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Terms of Use

By using the m2cuci platform, you agree that you will at all times:

• Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Provide truthful and accurate information to m2cuci in all communications and documentation.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, where such activity results from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction with respect to online gaming and the use of internet services.
• Not use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the technical infrastructure of m2cuci.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or any associated system or network.

m2cuci grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, data scraping, or reverse engineering of the platform's code or systems.

Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

m2cuci accepts deposits via the following methods available to Malaysian players: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency options. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. m2cuci does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges for which m2cuci accepts no responsibility.

6.3 Deposit Currency

All transactions on m2cuci are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your payment provider, and m2cuci will not be liable for any exchange rate differences or associated fees.

6.4 Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. m2cuci strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts, including payment accounts held by family members, friends, or any other individual. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. A minimum deposit of RM10 must have been made before any withdrawal request can be submitted. m2cuci reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.3 Processing Times

m2cuci endeavours to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for verified accounts transacting via FPX and DuitNow. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled system maintenance windows may experience delays. m2cuci is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

7.4 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonuses

Funds originating from bonuses or promotional credits may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering conditions will result in the forfeiture of outstanding bonus balances and associated winnings.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on m2cuci are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each respective offer. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received and must be fulfilled within the stated validity period. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in the automatic expiry of the bonus and any associated winnings.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

m2cuci employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting system errors or technical glitches to obtain unauthorised bonus credits, and coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional offers. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently closed.

8.4 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and new player promotional offers are limited to one claim per household, IP address, device, and verified identity. Attempts to claim new player bonuses via multiple accounts will be treated as duplicate account abuse under Section 4.2.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers, and other gaming activity on m2cuci are subject to the specific product rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of m2cuci's adjudication team shall be final and binding.

• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at m2cuci's discretion where it is determined that the Player had access to information not available to the general market at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error affecting a game round or betting event, m2cuci reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant Accounts.
• Palpable errors in odds, including erroneous pricing caused by data feed failures, will be corrected and affected bets voided. m2cuci is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• All games on m2cuci use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are subject to independent fairness verification. Published RTP percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific return in any individual gaming session.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on m2cuci and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or any systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies.
• Colluding with other players or coordinating betting activity to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Using the platform to process payments on behalf of any third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or circumvent security measures.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.

m2cuci cooperates with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies in Malaysia and internationally. Any suspected criminal activity detected on the platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.

Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting m2cuci support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Any real money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements and wagering conditions on any active bonus balances.

11.2 Termination by m2cuci

m2cuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following have occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 10.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account activity that presents a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to the Operator.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to access and use the platform is immediately revoked. Verified real money balances will be returned where no breach has been established. Balances derived from or associated with prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m2cuci and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Losses incurred as a result of reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or event outcomes.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, or any other provider.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit m2cuci's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by m2cuci is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an Account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

m2cuci does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data is processed solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

Responsible Gambling

Amendments

m2cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, m2cuci will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or registered email address. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and contact support to close your Account.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the m2cuci platform shall first be referred to m2cuci's internal dispute resolution process. You may initiate a dispute by contacting [email protected] with full details of your complaint.

m2cuci aims to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties agree to seek resolution through an appropriate alternative dispute mechanism before initiating formal legal proceedings.
